The ‘Earth’ Without ‘Art’ Is Just ‘Eh.’

This weekend we had a special art club session where we just painted our hearts out and had productive yet mood lighting conversation about our previous week.

As Natalie Rogers said

“Expressive art therapy integrates all of the arts in a safe, non-judgmental setting to facilitate personal growth and healing. To use the arts expressively means going into our inner realms to discover feelings and to express them through visual art, movement, sound, writing or drama. This process fosters release, self-understanding, insight and awakens creativity and transpersonal states of consciousness.”

Rebel Club !!!!!!

Highlights from the recent gig that took place at io

Rebel Club is a Rock band hailing from Rawalpindi that aims to develop individuals through aggressive rock music and spark a youth led rebellion against systematic oppression and disenfranchisement of the youth of the subcontinent.

Majority of the socio-political problems we face can be traced back to the British Raj of India. The solution, we believe is to empower the youth and make them aware of these realities so they can start speaking up and taking a firm stand against those still caught in the post colonial hangover.
