Women Support Group

In this psychotherapy process group, we gather as women to examine our emotions, roles, and relationship patterns.

We do this as a collective to reduce the loneliness and isolating effects of depression, anxiety, shame, trauma, and the challenges of the human condition. This 90 minute group will open with a directed check-in about each group member’s here-and-now experience, then use emotion-focused relational processing to safely explore and contain our lived and understood experience.

The aim of this group is to create more authentic relationship with our selves, to enhance our ability to connect more fully with others, to recognize when and how we shut down in the face of our current experience, as well as practicing coping strategies that allow us to remain more open and supported with healthy personal boundaries.
