Relieving Stress through Breath-Body-Mind Practices

Controlled body movements and breathing exercises can help us improve our resilience to stress, anxiety, and a range of other psychological problems.

Join us at iO on 3rd Nov for a special workshop with Dr Bilal Ahmed as he teaches various breath-body-mind (BBM) exercises that optimize cognitive function and help us improve our social and work performances.

Bilal Ahmed is a medical doctor with valuable experience with mental health management and mind-body medicine. He is a certified Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) teacher, who has assisted multiple workshops in the US - including at the Kripalu center for yoga.
