Sol's First Birthday

It's been a year.

We did not build Sol. These rooms built themselves around the core values of compassion, inclusivity, social justice. A proud disinterest in eternal growth that turns small communities into fractured masses. To bring together through chai two people, each of whom once thought that the other couldn't exist.

This tiny cafe didn't change the world this year, nor will it next year. But it will stand here nevertheless as proof that togetherness is not an idea; it's a building. You can touch it. It's right here.

On 28th September 2019, we celebrated the first year of our journey.
