Drum Circle - 12th Jan 2020

There are few things in life that I've experienced to be as cathartic as a drum circle.

It felt like unloading my weekly frustrations on a punching bag at the gym, except that drum circles also have a tremendous social function. Sometimes all it takes to feel connected to a big group of people, is a rhythm. You're never alone in a drum circle. You're part of a larger purpose.
